       Human evolution is an interesting, but often a totally unmanageable thing.        It happens when it happens, comes the noncommittal tautology.     It can only be managed by the individual(s) experiencing it, if even them.        
       It is a process which isn’t always advantageous for everyone, especially for those not involved in the process.   It may seem 
outrageous to some and entertaining for others, even though neither one may have any idea what is behind it all.       All that 
can be said is that SOMETHING is happening here, WHAT it is isn’t exactly clear.       IF the change is internal, there may be no issue, until it begins to visibly manifest.       There are going to be many questions asked, though not necessarily the best questions, and there are going to be statements made, judgmental statements…by those who don’t really have all the facts, and who don’t really care about the facts, but who only care that THEY do not have any CONTROL over the matter.              
Many premature decisions will be attempted or made by those who don’t REALLY have a vested interest in the incident itself, but how the incident will affect their finances.       
Inuendo, purposely misleading statementsmay be made by those who are afraid of not having enough control over matters which do NOT concern them.       The xenophobic reaction will be the primary thread running through much of the commentary and some people will begin to ask the question~ “WHY is THIS Your business, for clearly it is not your concern?!”But, it is fear of change, the unknown, the unfamiliar which is the real matter of concern, and the REAL question to ask is~ “What are the real perimeters of this situation, and how can it be best handled most effectively & humanely?”Forthere is no ‘Us’ & ‘Them’, there is ONLY All of Us.
